  Sergei Romanov Staff Coach

Angie Wilson Staff Coach

I began teaching preschool gymnastics in 2000 but have been involved with preschoolers for over 15  years. I have a degree in Early Childhood education and am currently the lead teacher at KPAL Academy at KPAC. My daughter began preschool  gymnastics at 3 years old and has been in love with the sport for over 5 years now. I love teaching preschool gymnastics. They have such a contagious excitement. They love to have fun and are eager and determined to learn new skills. It is so rewarding when they finally get that new skill and they smile at you and say, " I did it all by myself!"   My goal is to build confidence and  self-esteem all while having fun!

Carrie Locklear Staff Coach

  Stephanie Lanier Staff Coach

I am the mother of one of KPAC’s competitive gymnasts and have developed a true love and respect for the sport through my daughter.  I have seen my child develop a strong sense of discipline, strength, and dedication while at KPAC.  It has become our home away from home and we are truly treated like one of the family.

I have been teaching recreational gymnastics for over two years and truly love watching the children as they learn and grown in the sport.  My hope is to continue learning more about gymnastics and how to help new children enjoy their experience at  KPAC.  Through my fun and energetic teaching style I strive to motive each child to achieve their best.

When I am not teaching at KPAC  I work full time for Thermo King Central Carolinas in the role of Office Manager.  I reside in Huntersville, NC with my husband, Stacy and daughter, Taylor.  My hobbies include scrap booking, reading, outdoor activities and spending time with my family.

Horatio Bannister, Staff Coach

Horatio Bannister's experience brings harmony to Extreme Sports and Gymnastics.  An avid endurance athlete, Horatio is happiest upside down on a windsurfer or wakeboard.  "Years ago, I realized the benefits of gymnastics-type physical conditioning applied to all

sports and workout scenarios.  It is now the norm to see NFL, NBA, & MLB programs include gymnastics style physical conditioning to their workout regimens.  Gymnastics contains the building blocks of all sports... strength, agility, coordination, flexibility & dedication prepare all athletes, competitive or not, for peak performance and condition... and it's a blast!"
